How it works

1. We automatically collect meeting minutes from the Norfolk County Council CMIS system.
2. The minutes are processed by AI (Claude by Anthropic) to extract key decisions and rewrite them in plain English.
3. Articles are categorised by topic and published here for anyone to read.
